WINKHAUS Thunderbolt Pyro Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Split Spindle 20mm Radius – 4 Dead Bolt

The WINKHAUS Thunderbolt™ Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt is a full multipoint lock unit with 4 dead bolts. It features a Euro profile centre case with a 20mm radius faceplate and 8mm split spindle and is suitable for FD30 fire doors. The deadbolts are each 20mm long and 8.5mm thick, with a 20mm throw, ensuring very high security and peace of mind. The high performance sprung gearbox has been tested to 100,000 cycles, offering the lowest possible operating forces and preventing handle ‘droop’. The unit can be locked by using the lift lever to engage the locking mechanisms, after which a full turn of the full cylinder locks it up. One full turn of the key followed by a push down on the lever unlocks the unit. The unit is supplied non handed to suit both left hand and right hand applications. It is Secured by Design (Police approved specification) and complies to PAS23/24 and EN 14351-1:2006.
